STATEMENT

She started studying theology. She enjoyed breaking down text, analyzing textual hyperlinks, considering cultural and human factors in the different genres. Analyzing the behavior of the characters cemented her faith but also her interest in human behavior.

She discovered her interest in addressing organizational challenges as she was studying to become a pastor. Under the supervision of Pastor Mayleen Diaz, she worked to run the Bible Institute of the Multicultural Theology Institute in Belleview, FL. As an organization, they were in constant adaptation to improve services. This work experience inspired her to prepare to implement research-based administrative practices. Structure, strategy, and communication would progress the altruistic goals of the institution. Thus, her undergraduate education in industrial and organizational (I-O) psychology was a stepping stone. She plans to implement the best policies to create highly functional institutions.
